Lindsay Lohan has fired back at tabloid reports suggesting she was out partying in Hollywood late on Thursday night, February 17, insisting she'd never risk another hit on her probation.
The actress is facing another jail spell after being accused of stealing jewelery from a store near her new home in Venice, California - and she doesn't want to upset prosecutors by appearing to be partying before she is sentenced next week, February 21.

In a Twitter.com post to fans on Friday, February 18, she writes, "The reports i was at (nightclub) teddys are inaccurate... I was just at (hotel) Roosevelt to meet Samantha and say happy birthday to a friend. i take my sobriety seriously. please don't believe this accusations (sic). i know the rules and i wouldn't risk probation (sic)."
According to reports, Lohan and Ronson were spotted leaving the hotel early on Friday morning in the DJ's black Porsche. Ronson later sent out a tweet suggesting the former couple was an item again. It read, "Watching (TV show) grey's anatomy - my fav (favourite) show. @lindsaylohan sleeping next 2 me - should i wake her up?".The girlfriends split last year but have become close ever since Lohan moved in next door to her ex.
