Donald Trump Drafting Lawsuit Against Ex-Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin

Donald Trump lost his patience with former Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin after his demand for retraction of her "utterly baseless claim" was ignored. The owner of Miss Universe Organization reportedly is preparing paperworks to take legal action against her.

TMZ reported the business tycoon is going to sue the former contestant of Miss USA 2012 for defamation due to her accusation that the top 5 in the pageant were fixed before the final show. His lawyers are said meeting to draft the lawsuit, but it's unclear when it would be filed.

Sheena accused the organizers of fraud when she resigned her position as Miss Pennsylvania USA 2012. "I witnessed another contestant who said she saw the list of the Top 5 BEFORE THE SHOW EVER STARTED," she claimed. "She saw a folder lying open to a page that said 'FINAL SHOW Telecast, June 3, 2012' and she saw the places for Top 5 already filled in."

Judges and host for the beauty contest have since denied the allegation. Joe Jonas insisted that "the Miss USA competition was NOT rigged. Miss (Rhode Island) USA won fair and square," while fellow jury Marilu Henner spilled she chose Sheena as one of her top-5 picks. "No cheating. Sorry you didn't make it. And I remember!" she tweeted.

Presenter Giuliana Rancic, meanwhile, shared her thoughts about Sheena. "I remember her at rehearsals," she said while taping her show on E! News. "She didn't seem that into it...It was almost like she felt defeated before the pageant, days before."

Although she was not one of the judges, Giuliana was adamant the pageant was not rigged because she was a jury a year ago. "There is no way that...the top five are chosen before the pageant, it's ridiculous. If you look at who won and how the girls scored, you can tell it really was based on the questions and the judges chose who they liked. It's ridiculous," she told co-host Jason Kennedy.

She additionally laughed off Sheena's claim that there was a folder lying around. "There was no envelope lying around," she insisted. "Ernst & Young tabulates the votes, there's no way that that accounting firm is going to let that information get out."

Joe and Marilu served as judges along with Rob Kardashian, Arsenio Hall, Ali Fedotowsky, Dayana Mendoza, Cat Cora and George Kotsiopoulos. Giuliana hosted the event with Andy Cohen, while Jeannie Mai and Kelly Osbourne were the fashion commentators.

The competition was won by Olivia Culpo, a 20-year-old cellist from Rhode Island who voiced her support for transgendered women. "I was just in shock," she said of her win. "All 51 of those women were beautiful on the inside and outside." She will represent the United States at the 61st annual Miss Universe pageant later this year.
