Representatives for the season 10 judge of "American Idol" have yet to make any comments about the rescheduled hearing, but a spokesman for Ojani has a hypothesis on the possible reason behind. The rep told E! News, "We are assuming the reason is to avoid press regarding Jennifer Lopez's wardrobe malfunction."
J.Lo did suffer an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction when filming an interview with German television show "Wetten Dass" in Majorca, Spain last Saturday, June 18. Wearing a floor-length beige and black dress with a matching head band, the 41-year-old singer accidentally exposed her breasts for a few seconds as she sat down.
On the legal battle itself, J.Lo has, in early June, managed to temporarily stop the release of her private tape after obtaining a restraining order against Ojani's current girlfriend Claudia Vasquez, who is in possession of the tape. Claudia's attorney Cris Armenta said with the restraining order, her client "cannot release any portion of the home videos and does not have the right to use the footage at this time."
The personal video does not contain a sex scene, but it does feature "about 15-20 minutes of total nudity". It was filmed by Ojani in 1997 when he and J.Lo were on their honeymoon. The tape was later sold to Claudia for the bargain-basement price of $1. She now plans to sell the raunchy footage to porn sites.
