Rose will always have a spot in William's heart, since all first loves do -- right? The Gloucestershire native, who knew William since childhood, was one of his many "Beaufort Belles." 2. Davina Duckworth-Chad (June 1999 - July 1999)
Davina, the daughter of a Norfolk landowner and second-cousin to Princess Diana, was invited by Prince William on his a yacht cruise coined the "love boat" around the Aegean Sea in the summer of '99. It was a quick teenage summer love, though she didn't do too badly in adult life: she's married to baronet heir Tom Barber -- and has twins!
3. Jessica (Jecca) Craig (2001)
