Arrest Warant Issued for Joe Budden

Rapper Joe Budden is facing jail time after a New Jersey judge issued a warrant for his arrest over allegations he owes $13,000 in child support. According to The New Jersey Journal, a judge in Hudson County issued the warrant after the "Pump It Up" hitmaker failed to show at a hearing regarding his lack of payments in May this year.

He was arrested in 2009 over his failure to keep up with child support, reports AllHipHop.com.

Joe Budden released his debut solo album "Joe Budden", where his hit song "Pump It Up" was featured, in 2003. He is currently gearing up to release a new album titled "Mood Muzik 4: A Turn For the Worst".

Demi Lovato Quit School Because of Bullying

Demi Lovato was bullied so severely as a child she was forced to quit school to escape her tormentors. The actress has spoken out about her pre-teen trauma, following in the footsteps of other bullied celebrities Solange Knowles, Minnie Driver and Jenny McCarthy.

She says, "Bullying is something I went through when I was 12 years old. I actually ended up leaving school because of it." And Lovato reveals she's still traumatized by the cruel treatment she was subjected to, adding, "I just remember the hard times that I went through that caused problems that I struggle with every day to this day."

"I was bottling it up 100 per cent and one day I was in a bathroom and the lights were out, I couldn't turn them on because you had to have a key in a separate part of the school. I just called my mom and I was crying and I said 'I don't want to go to school any more'. It was a rough time, I was by myself."

But there was a positive outcome to the hard times she suffered - she ended up learning at home with a famous friend: "I actually home schooled with Selena Gomez so she was a good friend to me then and she still is."

Kim Kardashian Wrestled by Sister Khloe on Birthday Party

Kim Kardashian celebrated her 30th birthday with something to remember - her sister Khloe Kardashian took her down, literary. "Omg @khloekardashian is attacking me!!!!" Kim wrote on her Twitter page and posted a pic of Khloe jokingly wrestled her during her birthday bash at Tao Las Vegas on Friday, October 15.

And Khloe's attack wasn't the only thing Kim had to suffer that night. The reality TV beauty, who donned a tight John Richmond mini-dress with silver sequins, accidentally tripped and one of her spiky, brand-new Louboutins stabbed her. She told E! Online, "I accidentally spiked myself and cut my own foot. It was bleeding and I had to stop and clean it up!"

Despite being a fashion victim that night, Kim had a blast during the birthday party and even indulged in some alcohol although she seldom drinks. "The festivities have started!!!! One white russian coming up! Hmmm who can I drunk dial tonight? Party time!!! Were fly like a G6," Kim tweeted.

Kim's birthday party was attended by some big names. Beside siblings Khloe, Kourtney Kardashian and Rob Kardashian, La La Vasquez, Brittny Gastineau, Perez Hilton, Kelly Rowland and Trina also made appearance at the celebration. Meanwhile, Fallout: New Vegas hosted the bash.

Of turning 30, Kim shared to People, "I have mixed feelings. Sometimes I'm like, 'Oh my god, I'm turning 30,' and I'm freaking out. Like, it sounds so old. Pop sensation Justin Bieber was driven to tears after failing his driving theory test. The 16 year old was fuming after flunking the written exam, and refused to get in a car with his mum - walking home in the rain instead. Russell Brand Detained by U.S. Immigration Officials

British Funnyman Russell Brand had his way to Howard Stern's radio show disturbed. The 35-year-old star, who headed for the Tuesday, October 12 show, was detained by U.S. immigration officials in the early hours of that day.

Brand at that time just jetted from London to New York straight after the British premiere of his latest movie "Despicable Me" on Monday night, October 11. Before the fiance of Katy Perry was allowed to entry the U.S., immigration officials detained and questioned him following his last arrest for attacking paparazzi at Los Angeles International Airport on September 17.

During the detention, Brand shared on his Twitter page, "Held in US immigration. Little do they know I'm singing 'God Save The Queen' in my head." The "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" actor, however, was finally granted the entry as he later wrote on his Twitter, "I'm going to be on Howard Stern this morning. Please listen and occasionally nod."

Brand, who was charged with battery following the alleged clash with the photographer, is likely to avoid further punishment if he attends a court hearing in Los Angeles along with the snapper on November 19, to receive a reprimand from a judge.

A day after David Arquette and Courteney Cox announced their split in a joint statement, the "Pushing Daisies" actor addressed infidelity rumor surrounding their separation. On Howard Stern's "Sirius" show on Tuesday, October 12, David admitted having sex with bartender and actress Jasmine Waltz while he is still married to Courteney, FOX News reported.

"I did have sex with her one time, maybe twice... my sexual encounter made me feel pretty manly," David said as quoted by the site. David and Jasmine's affair was first brought up by Life & Style magazine which mentioned that the two "have been hooking up recently."

Asked about what Courteney might feel about the adultery, David explained, "Part of the terms of out separation was that I was allowed to see other people and so was she." The 39-year-old actor went on revealing that he and Courteney hadn't gotten physical in quite some time.

"We're not having sex, and I completely understand. She's an emotional being... If it doesn't feel right, she doesn't feel like bonding in that way," David opened up. "She's the greatest woman I've ever met... Now, yes, she's got her issues. She tries to take on everybody's problem. She tries to be the mother to everyone - that's why she doesn't want to be the mother to me anymore."

When Courteney's alleged affair with her "Cougar Town" co-star Brian Van Holt was brought up during the chat, David claimed he doesn't know whether the rumor is true or not. Though so, he admitted that there is some chemistry there and called it an "emotional affair."

On what kind of "emotional affair" David meant during the interview, marriage counselor Julie Hanks suggested to E! Online, "A good definition is a connection with another person that you hide from your partner. Usually it's not physical. But there is the desire to be with that person in a romantic way."

Pop veteran Rick Springfield tried to commit suicide at the age of 17 after sinking into a deep depression over his "ugly" appearance. The singer admits he struggled to accept his looks as a teenager because he felt "as ugly as the a** end of a female baboon at mating season" and attempted to hang himself at the height of his troubles.

Springfield opens up about the incident in his candid new memoir Late, Late at Night and reveals he was only saved when the noose he tied around his neck slipped and came undone. The "Jessie's Girl" hitmaker is convinced his love of music saved him and steered him away from suicidal thoughts, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.

He writes, "From this point on, music will become my salvation and save me from most serious self-inflicted harm."

The young girls at the nightclub went crazy when they saw their favorite actor Akshay Kumar in retro get-up entering the nightclub. The actor there played the role of DJ playing the songs of 1970’s as a part of the promotional campaign for his upcoming movie “Action Replayy” starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

The actor was almost mobbed by the girls and there was a great commotion when everyone went to click photo with him.

Official: Rhys Ifans Cast as 'Spider-Man' Villain

The new "Spider-Man" film has found its villain. Columbia Pictures has announced that Rhys Ifans is cast in the untitled Spider-Man reboot as the nemesis of Andrew Garfield's Peter Parker/Spider-Man.

Gushing on Rhys' casting, director Marc Webb states, "What sets the Spider-Man villains apart is the complexity of their relationships with Peter Parker. Rhys' incredible ability to embody both warmth and rage makes him the ideal choice for this character." However, "the filmmakers prefer to not reveal which character Rhys will be playing in the forthcoming film," the statement notes.

Rhys is widely known for starring as Hugh Grant's scruffy lodger in 1999 "Notting Hill" which also features Julia Roberts. He will be seen as Xenophilius Lovegood in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I" and Edward de Vere in "Anonymous".

Beside Andrew Garfield and Rhys Ifans, "Spider-Man" reboot has also cast Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, one of the love interests of Peter Parker. Shooting for the action superhero film is scheduled to start in December for July 3, 2012 release in the U.S.

New 'Deathly Hallows: Part I' Posters: The Hunters and the Hunted

Warner Bros. Pictures has shared several brand new posters for "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I". Debuted exclusively via The Leaky Cauldron, the banners are divided into those which feature the villains and those which show the heroic characters.

Lucius and Bellatrix are featured together in a one-sheet, while Greyback and a Snatcher are seen in another image. Both posters have a tagline which reads, "The Hunt Begins." Hermione is captured in two posters, one with Harry and the other one with Ron. Both banners boast a message, "Trust no one."

In "Deathly Hallows: Part I", Harry, Ron and Hermione set out on their perilous mission to track down and destroy the secret to Voldemort's immortality and destruction - the Horcruxes. In the meantime, Harry is drawing ever closer to the ultimate battle with Voldemort.

As of late, it was announced that "Deathly Hallows: Part I" will not get 3-D treatment as planned before. However, the film sticks to its release date of November 19 in both the U.S. and U.K.

The follow-up, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II", is still scheduled to be released in 3-D on July 15, 2011 in the U.S. David Yates serves as a helmer for these two final "Harry Potter" films.

Minka Kelly now has a new title she can boast. The "Friday Night Lights" actress has been named the Sexiest Woman Alive 2010 by Esquire magazine, joining previous recipients Kate Beckinsale, Jessica Biel, Halle Berry, Charlize Theron and Scarlett Johansson.

Having the honor, Minka graces the cover of the mag's November issue. In the front page, the 30-year-old beauty shows off her toned abs in a gray crop top and low-rise jeans while lifting her hands behind her head. In a video posted on the mag's site, the actress poses in different sultry positions.

During an interview, Minka shared about her stripper mother whom she called "the best." The "500 Days of Summer" actress said, "She was a stripper. It was all about what we could do to have fun with nothing. She would come home at like three, four o'clock in the morning, and she would wake me up in the middle of the night and we'd go grocery shopping."

Despite her mother's job, Minka insisted that it didn't make her embarrassed. "My mom lived a fast life. That was so much fun. We would have a blast and buy a hundred dollars in groceries. It was just the best day ever," she recalled.

Kim Kardashian is again posing nude, although this time she does it without her mother Kris Jenner forcing her. The 29-year-old reality TV star bares all for the November issue of W Magazine cover for its annual art issue.

Although the issue hasn't come out yet, Kim's full frontal shots have made their way to the internet and fell into the hands of online media. The leaked pictures show Kim wearing nothing but her birthday suit while having text boxes strategically covering her boobs and lady part.

During an interview with the magazine, Kim who recently lives in Manhattan for her upcoming show "Kourtney and Kim Take New York" claimed what you see isn't really what you get. The ex-girlfriend of NfL player Reggie Bush stated, "I'm not a drinker, and when I'm up on the table dancing, it's for the picture."

"Then I sit right back down. I play into the perception of me, but it's not really me. And the show reveals that," Kim went on. The "Disaster Movie" actress later revealed that she has gotten confident with her voluptuous frame, saying "I used to think, I have to be this or that or skinny."

Kim Kardashian has previously posed naked for Playboy back in 2007. She has since claimed she regretted doing it, telling Harper's Bazaar earlier this year "I'm sorry I did Playboy. I was uncomfortable."

Kim also blamed her mother for urging her to do it. "Go for it. They might never ask you again. Our show isn't on the air yet. No one knows who you are. Do it and you'll have these beautiful pictures to look at when you're my age," Kim revealed what her mother told her to.

Opera Star Joan Sutherland Died After Long Illness

Veteran opera star Joan Sutherland, who gave Luciano Pavarotti his big break, has died at the age of 83 following a long illness. The Australian-born soprano passed away on Sunday, October 10 at her home near Geneva, Switzerland.

Sutherland enjoyed a career spanning four decades and was widely touted as the successor to late opera legend Maria Callas. She made her debut in 1947, taking the lead role of Dido in "Dido and Aeneas", before her wide vocal range landed her the part of Mad Lucy in "Lucia di Lammermoor" in 1959 and shot her to stardom.

The singer is credited with giving Pavarotti a big career boost in the 1960s when she took him on tour with her, helping the late Italian to establish himself as a world class tenor. Sutherland stepped out of the spotlight in 1990, having recorded an astounding 60 albums over the years, and she was the guest of honor at a farewell recital in London in December 1990, when Pavarotti hailed her as the "greatest coloratura soprano of all time".
