Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Oh My God’ first look unveiled

Akshay Kumar plays the modern day Lord Krishna in his forthcoming film “Oh My God” and its first poster shows the star riding a motorcycle through the clouds with a bright colourful sky in the background.

After taking audiences on a laughter ride in “Hera Pheri”, Akshay has teamed up with Paresh Rawal in his production venture “Oh My God”.

Two posters gives a sneak peak into film and the second one shows Paresh, who plays Kanahaiya, standing with a smile on his face and gods and goddesses surrounding him.

Based on Umesh Shukla’s Gujrati play “Kanji Viruddh”, the “Oh My God” is about unconventional happenings in normal day to day lives. First time director Ashvini Yardi has wielded the megaphone for the film.

It will release Sep 28.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes Holding Hands Days Before Divorce

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes looked like a happy couple on June 16, two weeks before she filed for divorce. The couple was spotted holding hands when taking a stroll down the street of Reykjavik in Iceland, where he's filming his new movie "Oblivion". 

Katie filed the divorce papers on Thursday, June 28 in New York. "Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest," her lawyer said. She's seeking sole custody as well as "primary residential custody" of their daughter Suri, and asking for a "suitable amount" of child support. 

The divorce was not about money though, TMZ reported. The "Jack and Jill" actress, who cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason of the split, reportedly feared Tom's fierce ties to Scientology would lead him to drag Suri to the church. She's herself allegedly never fully committed to Scientology. 

In response to her filing, Tom said that he felt blindsided. His representative stated, "Kate has filed for divorce and Tom is deeply saddened and is concentrating on his three children. Please allow them their privacy to work this out." 

Tom and Katie got married in a lavish ceremony in an Italian castle in November 2006. Although they were not seen attending an event together for quite a while, the couple spent Father's Day together with their 6-year-old daughter in Iceland.

Lawyer Confirms Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' Divorce

After brief speculation, it was eventually confirmed that Hollywood couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are going through a divorce. A lawyer for the actress said in a statement that the couple's six-year-old daughter Suri is of their best interest. 

"This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family. Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest," said Holmes' attorney Jonathan Wolfe in a statement. No other details were released. 

Cruise and Holmes were married in Italy in November 2006. It was the first marriage for Holmes and third for Cruise who divorced Mimi Rogers and Nicole Kidman. They signed a prenup and their estimated net worth is $275 million, mostly from the actor. 

There was no indication of the split before. Cruise is due to celebrate his 50th birthday next Tuesday, July 3.

Police Officers Suspected of Leaking Rihanna's Bloody Picture Escape Criminal Charges

 Officers Blanca Lopez and Rebecca Reyes suspected of leaking Rihanna's battered picture to TMZ following her infamous altercation with then-boyfriend Chris Brown won't be charged. The Los Angeles County district attorney's office cites lack of evidence as the reason.

No money trail related to the leaked picture is found in the officers' bank accounts. In order to grant them criminal charges, investigators "must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Reyes and Lopez disclosed the image of Robyn F. (Rihanna) to TMZ and obtained money in exchange for this disclosure."

In addition to lack of money trail, it's also noted that there is no direct evidence that shows the two was the ones who gave away the photo back then since other officers had access to the picture as well. "As such, although both Reyes and Lopez's actions are suspicious, they are insufficient to support a criminal prosecution," it concludes.

Riri's bloody picture hit the web just a few days after she filed report for assault against Breezy. Police officials were furious and launched immediate investigation into the matter because it violated a victim's privacy and marred the integrity of the Police Department. The search pointed Reyes as a suspect.

She allegedly used her phone to take a picture of the photo left on a desk at the Wilshire police station, where she was assigned. She later sent it to her personal email address using her LAPD account, and contacted Lopez who was her roommate back then. Based on their phone records, the two called Fox Television and TMZ multiple times.

Reyes' attorney, Ira Salzman, agreed that his client showed "poor judgment," but insisted that she didn't sell the photo. She and Lopez were placed on paid leave for more than two years and later relieved of duty without pay as the investigation continued, according to LA Times.

Reyes was a field training officer for new members of the force and had received an award for her volunteer work with youths. Along with Lopez, she is expected to appear in LAPD disciplinary panels in August to determine whether or not they should be fired.

It's unclear whether Riri wants to pursue any further legal action. "Apparently this was an internal decision by the district attorney. A victim's privacy should be protected," says her attorney, Donald Etra. TMZ, on the other hand, hasn't immediately released a statement when asked for comment.

 Robert Pattinson partied with Katy Perry along with Justin Bieber to celebrate the release of her documentary movie "Katy Perry: Part of Me". The threesome spent the Tuesday June 26 night at the Bootsy Bellows lounge in West Hollywood, which is co-owned by David Arquette.

They were joined by Selena Gomez. The group packed inside Bieber's $200,000 Mercedes Benz minivan. The Canadian star and his girlfriend still wore the same outfit they donned when coming to the movie premiere earlier in the day at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre.

Gomez rocked a flirty pink mini frock with feathered accents and a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals. Bieber matched her appearance by donning a pink jacket on top of his black t-shirt. "Katy and Amber Heard, and Shannon Woodward, spent a good portion of the night sitting and chatting with them. Everyone was laughing and having a great time, taking pictures with each other and snacking on mini-cupcakes," the insider continued.

The day reportedly happened to be the opening of the club named after Arquette's burlesque dancer mother. Ashley Benson, Queen Latifah, Carly Rae Jepsen and Zelda Williams were also in the house. Emma Roberts, Chord Overstreet and Alex Pettyfer were guests as well, but they reportedly partied separately.

Confirmed, Marvel and Disney to Bring 'Iron Man 3' to Comic-Con's Hall H

It's official, "Iron Man 3" will come to Hall H during the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con. On Wednesday, June 27, Walt Disney Pictures and Marvel Studios announced that they will be hosting the Hall H panel for the third armored hero film from 6 P.M. to 7 P.M. on Saturday, July 14.

During the "Iron Man 3" panel, producer Kevin Feige and some "special guests" are set to provide "an inside look at the ever-expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe." It is, however, still unclear who are the "special guests" that are set to attend the panel.

Additionally, Disney confirmed that it will be hosting its own Hall H panel from 2:05 P.M. to 3:05 P.M. on Thursday, July 12. The Mouse House will bring "Frankenweenie" helmer Tim Burton for a Q&A session.

The studio also promised to unveil a special look at the world of "Oz: The Great and Powerful" with director Sam Raimi. A panel for "Wreck-It Ralph" is also set to be held by Disney with voice cast John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman and director Rich Moore all lining up as the special guests.

"Iron Man 3" and "Oz: The Great and Powerful" will be released in the U.S. in 2013 on May 3 and March 8 respectively. As for "Frankenweenie" and "Wreck-It Ralph", the two animated movies will open nationwide this year on October 5 and November 2 respectively.

This year's Comic-Con will run from July 11 to 15.

 Filmmaker Pooja Bhatt has chosen to promote “Jism 2″ songs with adult content through internet, “a more than worthy competitor of TV”, rather than showing them on television channels.

“We have six songs in ‘Jism 2′. Only three cater to a universal audience without losing their essence. The other three cannot be made to seem asexual! Hence, we will only submit to the censor board and plug on TV those songs of ‘Jism 2′ what WE feel is appropriate for a family audience,” Pooja tweeted.

“The three ‘Jism 2′ songs that cater to the average thinking, discerning, passionate, ADULTS may be viewed freely and by CHOICE across the internet,” she added.

The movie, a sequel to the 2003 film, features Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone, with Arunoday Singh and Randeep Hooda. It is expected to be a steamy affair, and so it shouldn’t be a surprise if the songs are shot in a certain way.

Pooja, daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, is glad T-Series, which owns the film’s music rights, is in resonance with her decision.

“Delighted that @_Tseries is in absolute agreement with us with regards to NOT releasing watered down versions of ‘Jism 2′ trailers on TV. This is the FIRST time a mainstream film has chosen the internet and social media as a MORE than worthy competitor to television,” she added.

The actress-turned-director, who went behind the camera for the first time in 2003 for “Paap”, says she is happy being different.

Scarlett Johansson Could Get $66,000 From Nude Photo Hacker

 Scarlett Johansson, Christina Aguilera and Renee Olstead may get settlement from their personal account hacker. Prosecutors said Christopher Chaney, who pleaded guilty to nine counts of computer hacking, should pay the celebrities a total of $150,000 in compensation and serve 71 months in prison.

Chaney hacked into email accounts of around 50 people in the entertainment industry daily. He managed to get the nude pictures of Johansson which were sent to her then-husband Ryan Reynolds. The 35-year-old man forwarded the pictures to another hacker and two celebrity websites which then started the worldwide circulation online.

Prosecutors are asking a judge to order Chaney to pay Johansson $66,179.46, Aguilera $7,500, Osltead $76,767.35 and Aftra Health Fund $10,374.59. "Indeed, it was apparently such a rush that he continued to do it after the FBI had come and searched his home and seized his computer," attorney Lisa Feldman wrote about the 71-month sentence. "At least once, on an occasion after defendant's residence had already been searched by the FBI, the recipient of the email, a secondary victim, complied."

‘Ek Tha Tiger’ to release Aug 15

 Romantic-thriller “Ek Tha Tiger” starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif will hit theatres on Independence Day, Aug 15, while its trailers will be unveiled Wednesday.

The new trailer will be released online and can be seen on YouTube after 12 noon and in theatres Friday.

Directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Aditya Chopra, the film will see Salman-Katrina pair on silver screen after four years. Their last film together was 2008 release “Yuvvraaj”.

My marriage plans jinxed: Veena Malik

 Pakistani model-turned-actress Veena Malik was expected to find her prince charming on “Veena Ka Swayamvar”, but the reality show was aborted after the Imagine channel decided to shut down its operations. Veena says she is not upset as she knows that her marriage plans are doomed.

“You know, my wedding dates have been getting ready ever since I was 14. My dad wanted me to get married since then. My parents tried to get me settled down four times and every time I backed out,” Veena told IANS.

She further added, “But when ‘Swayamvar…’ happened, my abu and my friends supported me a lot. When I was ready for it (marriage), it didn’t happen. I think my marriage plans are jinxed. It has been cancelled many a times.”

After her stint on reality show “Bigg Boss”, “Swayamvar…” would have been her second Indian show. She was not shocked when she came to know that the show has been cancelled.

“I was not surprised when I heard that the channel had shut down, because it was not new to me. Of course, money is an important part. I lost my money, but when my manager called me and told me about it, my only reaction was, ‘Ok’. I believe it happens in our lives. I am a very positive person. (May be Allah ne kuch behtar rakha hai mere liye),” said Veena who is said to be dating director Hemant Madhukar. She is working in his film “Mumbai 125 kms”.

However, she admits her father was upset when the show didn’t happen.

“If ‘Swayamvar…’ would have happened, may be I would have even got married. When it got cancelled, my dad was very upset. Something is wrong with my wedding (kuch toh gadbad hai mere shaadi main). I don’t think I will ever get married.

“I know it’s a beautiful relationship to live with your partner, you grow older together but let’s see when it will happen with me,” she added.

Veena came to limelight after her link-up with tainted Pakistani bowler Mohammad Asif. She rose to fame in India after appearing in the fourth season of controversial reality show “Bigg Boss”. During her stay in the “Bigg Boss” house, Veena was linked to Bollywood actor Ashmit Patel.

Currently Veena is busy shooting for Bollywood films “Daal Mein Kuch Kaala Hai”, “Zindagi 50:50″, “Super Model” and “Dirty Picture: Silk Sakkath Maga”, Kannada version of hit Hindi film “The Dirty Picture”.

 "Katy Perry: Part of Me" got a star-studded premiere in Hollywood on Tuesday, June 26. Becoming the belle of the ball during the event was none other than the documentary film's leading lady, Katy Perry. The pop sensation stole attention with her elegant look while stepping on the pink carpet that rolled outside the Grauman's Chinese Theatre.

Sporting wavy purple hair, the "Firework" hitmaker looked stunning in a knee-length red velvet tube gown that she paired with matching pumps. 'The Avengers' hits $600 million in U.S. box office

 Joss Whedon, you are now officially the second member of the $600 million club.

Walt Disney Pictures announced today that The Avengers will likely pass through the $600 million portal of domestic box office greatness today, becoming only the third film to do so. Titanic first broke the barrier when it topped out at $600.8 million after its initial domestic run (adding another $57.9 million during its 3-D re-release last spring), and director James Cameron’s 2009 follow up Avatar set the likely still-safe record of $760.5 million in U.S. box office receipts.

Where The Avengers will eventually end up on its theatrical run remains an open question. It grossed $7.2 million for eighth place last weekend; that’s a tiny 19 percent drop from the previous week, and the upcoming July 4 holiday will likely boost its numbers further. The superhero mega-flick has shattered a series of records, including opening weekend, second weekend, and fastest film to reach the $200 million, $300 million, $400 million, and $500 million thresholds.

They are all remarkable achievements. However, with the risk of incurring the HULK SMASH rage of Avengers fans, it should be pointed out that, when adjusted for inflation, The Avengers is in (slightly) less rarefied box office company. According to Box Office Mojo, when converted 2012 dollars, 27 movies have grossed over $600 million in the U.S., including 1994′s Forrest Gump ($622.1 million), 1973′s The Sting ($706 million), 1959′s Ben-Hur ($776.2 million), and 1939′s Gone With the Wind ($1.6 billion).

Spice Girls Reunited for the Launching of 'Viva Forever!'

 A brief reunion of the Spice Girls took place at a central London hotel on Tuesday, June 26. Victoria Adams, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Melanie C and Geri Halliwell were on hand to launch a new musical called "Viva Forever!" which is based on their popular songs.

"We're going to be introducing a whole new generation to Girl Power," Adams said. She added later, "We always said if we do this we want to work with the best people, because that's what we've always done. Everything we've done we've done properly and we've got the 'A-team'."

"Viva Forever!" is written by British comedian Jennifer Saunders and produced by "Mamma Mia!" mastermind Judy Craymer. "She understands the anxieties in women, the fear of judgment and trepidation that one day they get to a certain age and become invisible," Craymer said when talking about Saunders.

The Spice Girls were involved in the making of the storyline although it is not clear to what length. "As much as we've written the songs, we also didn't want to creatively stifle Judy and Jennifer," Adams explained. "So, somewhat, we have let them do what they do. Their success speaks for themselves. We really gave them the freedom to do their thing. We had a lot of faith in them."

It centers around four characters who audition for a TV talent show. "We listened to Spice Girls songs for nine months non-stop. Jennifer came up with a heart-warming family story that touches on celebrity today," Craymer said.

"Viva Forever!" opens at the Piccadilly Theatre in London's West End on December 11.

Lindsay Lohan Puts Gun to Her Head in Suicidal Photo Shoot

 A series of pictures featuring Lindsay Lohan posing with a handgun hit the web. One of the risky images shows the "Liz & Dick" actress putting the gun to her head, another sees her placing the firearm under her chin, and there are others which have her putting it in her mouth.

Taken at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles by Terry Richardson, the photos were posted on the photographer's blog but have been subsequently removed. The images that are still available for viewing pleasure feature the raven-haired Lindsay in lingerie and transparent bra looking disheveled and woozy.

This is not the first time Lindsay poses for Terry, who is well known for his risque shoots. The two have collaborated at least twice last year for a series of other black-and-white provocative photos.

Photos: Angelina Jolie Films Flying Scene on 'Maleficent' Set

 Angelina Jolie has been caught on camera filming a flying scene on the set of "Maleficent". The "Salt" actress was spotted being wired up to a crane and flew to the skies when shooting the fantasy movie in Buckinghamshire, England on Tuesday, June 26.

She was snapped sporting a Maleficent horned headdress complete with prosthetic cheekbones. She finished off the facial makeup by donning a long brown gown and a matching cape. On the other side of the location, meanwhile, there were a host of armored-clad extras riding horses while shooting what seemed to be a battle scene.

Walt Disney Pictures said that "Maleficent" will tell the untold story of Disney's most beloved villain from the 1959 classic "Sleeping Beauty". The fairytale movie is said to reveal "the events that hardened her heart and drove her to curse the baby, Aurora."

"Maleficent" is directed by Robert Stromberg with Linda Woolverton penning the script based on the classic Charles Perrault tale. Rounding up the cast ensemble are Elle Fanning, India Eisley, Sharlto Copley, Sam Riley, Miranda Richardson, Imelda Staunton and Juno Temple.

The retelling movie will hit the U.S. theaters on March 14, 2014.

Justin Bieber Scores Biggest Debut in 2012 With 'Believe', Announces Next Single

 Justin Bieber's "Believe" officially nabs the top spot on Billboard 200. According to Nielsen SoundScan, the third studio installment of the Canadian artist has sold 374,000 in its first week, marking the biggest debut in 2012.

With such number, "Believe" surpasses Madonna's "MDNA" which bowed at No. 1 on the chart with 359,000 in March. Additionally, it posts a personal best sales week for the Biebs, topping the number that his debut studio album "My World 2.0" scanned in its second week (291,000) back in April 2010.

The rest of the top 10 albums on Billboard chart will be announced Wednesday, June 27 morning.

In another news, Island Def Jam has confirmed "As As Long as You Love Me" as the second single off Bieber's latest album. A follow-up to hit single "Boyfriend", the Big Sean-assisted song will be released to radio on July 9.

Bikini-Clad Megan Fox Pictured With Undeniable Baby Bump

 Megan Fox can no longer deny that she is pregnant. The "Transformers" actress was photographed with visible baby bump while vacationing in Kona, Hawaii with husband Brian Austin Green and step-son Kassius.

Sun-basking on their hotel's poolside, Fox wore a bikini top and flowy sarong that exposed her bare belly. Green was seen caressing his wife's back and kissing the baby bump as they enjoyed the sun. The couple was celebrating their two years anniversary on the same beach they got married. They stayed for four days at the Four Seasons Resort in Hualalai.

"It's a tradition for them to come back every year and celebrate their anniversary," a source told Us Weekly. "This year they have a baby on board and were excited to share the news with all of the friends on staff they have made there over the last several years."

Neither Fox nor Green has talked about pregnancy in the past few months although suspicions have been raised via paparazzi photos. However, they have expressed their interest in raising a family. "I've always really loved kids," Fox told People in March. "I was a good babysitter. I've always loved babies. I relate to kids pretty well."

 She's kept hush-hush for weeks, but there's no denying it now. Megan Fox is pregnant!

Fox and her husband Brian Austin Green jetted off to Hawaii for their second wedding anniversary. While in gorgeous Kona, the pair kissed and cuddled by the pool. And Green kissed her obviously-pregnant belly, in new pics posted on Popsugar.

Fox, 25, who's already stepmom to Green's son Kassius, from his previous marriage to actress Vanessa Marcil, has called the 10-year-old one of the most beautiful things about her life. 

"I love being a stepmom and I feel that the experience grounds me when nothing else makes sense in my life," the Dictator and Transformers actress once said. 

And just last month, she clearly had babies on the brain, telling reporters, "I've always loved babies." 

She and Green first met in 2004 and had a rocky relationship for several years before calling it quits in 2009. The pair ultimately reunited and eventually tied the knot in Hawaii in 2010.

'The Amazing Spider-Man' Debuts 25-Minute Super Preview

 As it gets closer to the U.S. release of "The Amazing Spider-Man", a 25-minute preview of the superhero movie is being made available for viewing pleasure by The Sleepy Skunk. The fan-made clip compiles Peter Parker's story from his childhood and his years as a nerd who often gets bullied at school to the time when he becomes Spidey and confronts The Lizard. His relationship with Gwen is also highlighted in the video.

Directed by Marc Webb, "The Amazing Spider-Man" will reveal "the untold story" of Peter a.k.a Spidey. Like most teenagers his age, he is trying to figure out who he is and how he got to be the person he is today. In his journey to put the pieces of his past together, he uncovers a secret that his father held. The secret will ultimately shape his destiny as Spider-Man.

Andrew Garfield tackles the part of the eponymous masked vigilante, while Emma Stone plays his leading lady Gwen. Speaking about how she built chemistry with Andrew in the movie, Emma recently told Total Film that it was not that easy although they're dating in real life.

"Well, I think the thing about chemistry is - I might be wrong, other people might disagree with me - but it's kinda hard to build chemistry," she dished. "To build relationship is one thing, but chemistry is so..."

"You either have that thing - that rapport, and you get each other - or you don't. And so the chemistry part was nice because he was just really easy to get along with instantly, but then you're building the character."

Joining Andrew and Emma in the cast ensemble are Rhys Ifans, Sally Field, Martin Sheen, Denis Leary and Irrfan Khan. The Marvel superhero movie will make its way out onto theaters nationwide on July 3.

Report: India Wadsworth Plays Talia Al Ghul's Mother in 'The Dark Knight Rises'

 While the mystery behind who's going to star as Talia Al Ghul in "The Dark Knight Rises" hasn't been unveiled, a new rumor about who's going to play Talia's mother has run rampant. The rumor started after IGN broke the news that India Wadsworth is tackling a curious role in the upcoming Batman movie.

A representative for India told the site that the British-raised model/actress will play "the Warlord's daughter", who is believed as Talia Al Ghul. However, according to the starlet's official resume at her agency, she has landed a part of a "mother" in the DC Comics film. IGN has speculated that the mysterious role could be Talia's mother or even maybe Bane's mother.

Adding fuel to the rumor is Comic Book Movie, which believes that India will indeed appear as Talia's mom. The speculation is supported by previous report that a young Talia will appear in the upcoming movie. Young actress Joey King once spilled that she will "play young Talia Al Ghul." She said back then, "I can't give too much away because I promised Mr. Nolan I wouldn't say anything. There are too many secrets about the character and the movie."

Speculations that Talia will appear in "The Dark Knight Rises" have run high since the film was on its early stage of production. Previously, Marion Cotillard was rumored to have landed the part, but she denied it. She insisted that her character, Miranda Tate, is not the alias of Talia and is "not based off of a character in the comic."

The rumors, however, kept persistent when Liam Neeson, who played Talia's father Ra's Al Ghul in "Batman Begins", hinted he might return as Ra's in the third movie. He once said that he has visited the film's set to shoot a minor scene. "I was on set for maybe an hour-and-a-half and the director didn't tell me anything of what it's about," he dished, "So, I'm being very honest when I say I have no idea what's going to happen."

 Jenny McCarthy shows how 39 can be the new sexy. The actress' sixth cover and seventh pictorials for men's magazine Playboy have been revealed under the tag "America's Sweetheart Returns".

McCarthy wants to represent the age that doesn't appear too often on adult magazines. "Why should 20-year-old girls be the only ones that are considered desirable? MILFs are sexy, too!" she said in a statement. McCarthy is mother to ten-year-old boy from her marriage to actor/director John Mallory Asher.

McCarthy appears in an 8-page nude pictorials shot by photographer Steve Shaw. "I'm really proud of it," McCarthy told People. "The pictures are really gorgeous and classy. They could be out of W magazine. They're really elegant. It's probably a lot more sophisticated than a lot of the stuff you'd see of people with their clothes on."

'Brave' Opens as New Box Office Champion

 Pixar's female-centric animated pic "Brave" successfully opens as the new North American box office champion. Grossing an estimated $66.7 million, the film about courageous Scottish princess Merida marks the fifth best box office debut for a Pixar movie. It also becomes the third film with female lead character that has a strong opening in 2012 since "The Hunger Games" and "Snow White and the Huntsman".

"Brave" additionally scores the second highest grossing opening for a June-released animated movie since "Toy Story 3" opened at $110.3 million in 2010. Receiving an "A" CinemaScore, the film appeals to many male moviegoers. "You have to draw men and boys as well to see this number. The themes in the movie - bravery, fighting for your fate - transcend gender," Dave Hollis, Walt Disney Pictures president of worldwide distribution says.

After topping the chart for two weeks in a row, "Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted" falls to the runner-up spot this week. Collecting around $20.2 million, the third installment of the "Madagascar" movie franchise bags a total domestic cume of $157.5 million after three weeks of playing in theaters across the United States.

Meanwhile, "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter" rounds up the top three with an estimated $16.5 million on its debut weekend. 20th Century Fox says that it has predicted the film would open at $15 million range. "Audiences will continue to seek out Timur's daring and brilliant vision of Abraham Lincoln," Fox's incoming president of domestic distribution Chris Aronson says of the R-rated movie.

Securing the fourth and fifth places respectively are "Prometheus" and "Rock of Ages". The Ridley Scott-directed space thriller adds around $10 million for a total domestic cume of $108.5 million after three weeks of playing, while the Adam Shankman-directed musical bags approximately $8 million for a total cume of $28.7 million in its second week.

Newcomer which scores a very disappointing result this week is "Seeking a Friend for the End of the World". Grossing an estimated $3.8 million, the Steve Carell and Keira Knightley starer lands on the tenth spot. "It's disappointing. The right people turned up to see Seeking a Friend, but they didn't come in volume," Focus Features president of distribution Jack Foley says.

Rachel May Get Makeover in 'Glee' Season 4

 Before "Glee" holds its panel at the San Diego Comic-Con, the stars have shared a few tidbits from the upcoming fourth season. In a new interview with TV Guide, Lea Michele revealed that her character may get a makeover from Sarah Jessica Parker's character.

"Lea's a hot girl, [but] Rachel could lose the baby-doll dresses," Chris Colfer chimed in on the potential plotline. The Kurt depicter himself will share a lot of scenes with Parker as his character "will find himself in an establishment where Sarah Jessica Parker is his manager of sorts, but not in a performance sense."

Sharing a new challenge faced by Rachel when she begins her study in NYADA, Michele spilled, "Dance is not Rachel's strong point, but as a freshman it's a requirement class she has to take. It will put Rachel in a very vulnerable place, stuck with a teacher [played by Kate Hudson] who doesn't make it easy for her."

As for Finn, he will likely head to army boot camp since Cory Monteith teased, "Finn would have to be in very good shape and get incredibly fit, meaning I would have to be incredibly fit." He added, "I'm doing extra stuff this summer - CrossFit and fewer Snickers bars."

"Glee" season 4 will air every Thursday at 9 P.M. on FOX starting this fall. In addition to Parker and Hudson, the show will feature the runner-up of "American Idol" season 11, Jessica Sanchez, in multiple episodes.

Kim says Kanye fits the description of what her ideal man is. "I hardly drink, I go to church on Sundays," she opens up.

Although she's comfortable with her relationship with Kanye and feels like she's at "a really happy, good place," Kim wants to take things slow. "I'm not thinking about marriage right now," she says. "To have him (Kanye) in my life this way, says a lot about us." She additionally states, "I think I needed to go through all my experiences and some that he's gone through."

Katy Perry Needs to Heal Her Heart Before Getting Back to Work Again

 Katy Perry is still struggling to cope with her divorce from Russell Brand. The West Coast singer plans to take an extended hiatus by the end of July, just in time for the promotion of her movie "Katy Perry: Part of Me" to finish. "I need to let my heart heal," so she reasons as quoted by the Daily Mirror.

Although the divorce left her heartbroken, Katy is not afraid of falling in love again and doesn't regret her marriage with the British funnyman. "Actually it's really a lesson learned and it's super valuable, I could not buy this lesson," she says in an interview with Mario Lopez. "And I apply it to my life, I learn and a lot of the time, I get really good material for my songs."

Katy admits that the lack of spending quality time together takes part in the separation. The story of her divorce will be included in her 3D documentary movie, which is due in the U.S. on July 5. "The whole movie is about overcoming obstacles, overcoming my family, my set of rules and belief systems," the 27-year-old Grammy winner dishes on.

When asked by MTV why she includes the story in the movie, Katy hopes to inspire her fans. "In my personal struggle, you see me not changing and not giving up on this dream that I've had my whole life. Hopefully people are inspired by that," she explains. "You don't always see me with all the gorgeous lighting and makeup on and all that. I think it's fine."

Katy additionally thinks that people will question her motive if she decides to do the otherwise. "I couldn't avoid the elephant in the room. If you were to have seen that movie and walked out and [my breakup] wasn't at all mentioned like it never happened, you'd be like, 'Eh, this is weird, what is she trying to hide?' I don't like to hide," she shares her opinion.

When quizzed if she's worried that the other side of the story will come out, she replies diplomatically, "The truth will always prevail." She adds, "Everything has to be handled with integrity and appropriately, and it's not nice to air all your dirty laundry, because that stinks, so I had to be very delicate with the situation."

Although she's devastated by her divorce, Katy always tries not to show it in front of her fans. "There are times when it feels very pressing personal problems until I had looked down and let the tears fall from my eyes so as not to hit my false eyelashes, as I'll go up on stage and sing 'Teenage Dreams'," she once opened up.

Three crew members injured on ‘Dabangg 2′ sets

Three technicians were injured on the sets of Salman Khan-starrer “Dabangg 2″ at Mehboob Studio here Saturday, and were admitted to the Lilavati Hospital. They are all out of danger, official sources said.

“There was a mishap while filming an action sequence for ‘Dabangg 2′ at Mehboob Studio, Bandra, today. Three technicians sustained injuries and were taken to Lilavati Hospital by the doctor and ambulance that are on precautionary standby as a safety measure while filming action sequences,” said an official statement from the publicists of the movie.

“Members of the principal cast were not filming during the mishap. All three technicians are out of danger,” the statement read.

The technicians were injured following an “electric blast” on the set, said a source.

Salman accompanied the injured people, two of whom were initially said to be “serious”, to the hospital.

His brother Arbaaz Khan, who is directing the movie, too came to the hospital, as did their father, veteran writer Salim Khan.

“Dabangg 2″ is the sequel to 2010 blockbuster “Dabangg”, which starred Salman and Sonakshi Sinha in key roles.

Emraan, Vidya to romance in Mumbai monsoon for ‘Ghanchakkar’

The shooting of Vidya Balan-Emraan Hashmi starrer “Ghanchakkar” has been advanced by a month, and director Rajkumar Gupta’s excitement knows no bounds. He will finally be able to realise his wish of capturing the two actors romancing in the Mumbai monsoon.

Initially, the shooting was supposed to begin in September, and Gupta’s desire to drench his star pair in the monoon rains almost didn’t happen due to Emraan’s time constraints.

Gupta narrated: “I had originally planned an August schedule. And Vidya, who is at the moment doing no other film, was completely one with my film’s schedule. But Emraan was busy promoting ‘Raaz 3′ in August as the film was supposed to release at the end of August.”

“But now I believe ‘Raaz 3′ has been pushed forward, so I got the window to shoot the scenes that I wanted. I guess I am just lucky.”

The idea is to shoot Vidya and Emraan on the rain-soaked streets of Mumbai with secret cameras.

That’s how Gupta had shot Rajeev Khandelwal in “Aamir”. But to shoot two popular actors like Vidya and Emraan with hidden cameras requires a lot of courage.

“I agree. But both are used to shooting in the crowded outdoors. If Vidya could brave the Kolkata crowds in ‘Kahaani’ and the Delhi crowd in my film ‘No One Killed Jessica’, then Mumbai would be a cakewalk in comparison.”

“The important thing is god has been generous. Thanks to Emraan’s reshuffled appointment diary, I’m able to shoot as and when I had originally planned,” he said.

Two male actors from theatre are being finalised for the movie too.

“We are looking at new faces from theatre and from other sources. We’ve auditioned dozens. With Vidya and Emraan in the cast, I need untried talent to balance off their huge stardom. Besides Emraan and Vidya, there are two major characters, both male, plus dozens of supporting parts.”

Gupta hopes to wrap up the entire shooting by December and release the film in the first quarter of 2013.

“We haven’t got a release date as yet. But I am hoping it would be the 8th of any month in the first quarter of 2013. You see, my first film ‘Aamir’ released on the 6th and my second film ‘No One Killed Jessica’ released on the 7th,” he said.

And should one expect a profusion of romantic songs in Amit Trivedi’s soundtrack?

“Wait and see, what Vidya and Emraan do in ‘Ghanchakkar’ would be very different from what they did in ‘The Dirty Picture’,” he added.
