Rihanna Back on Stage as Egyptian Goddess at Charity Concert

Rihanna put her health scare behind. Just a few days after reportedly visiting doctor due to exhaustion, the Barbados singer was back on stage to help raise funds for the Robin Hood Foundation Benefit at the Jacob K Javits Convention Center in New York.

Riri channeled her inner Egyptian queen by putting on a gold glittery eye makeup with white and blue hues and completing her look with a snake headdress. For her outfit, she oozed sex appeal in a bra top and a pair of leopard-print slashed pants a la Princess Jasmine.

She performed "Only Girl (In the World)", "Run This Town" and "Live Your Life". She was accompanied by some shirtless male dancers in one set and was backed up by some females wearing veils in another. At one point, she sang her song while sitting on a leopard-print throne.

The event was also made merry by music veteran Neil Young and rapper Black Thought. Hosted by Brian Williams and Seth Meyers, it was attended by Chelsea Clinton & her husband Marc Mezvinsky, Eli Manning & his wife Abby, as well as Tyra Banks among other public figures.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel Have Full-Blown Makeout Session for Kiss Cam

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are one of Hollywood's intensely private couples, but they didn't hold back on their public display of affection over the weekend. In fact, the engaged couple treated those who attended the Los Angeles Lakers/Denver Nuggets game on Saturday, May 12, with a full makeout session.

Sitting front row at Game 7 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals in the 2012 NBA Playoffs, the "In Time" actor and the former "7th Heaven" actress were spotted cuddling up and showering each other with affection. But, it wasn't until the "Kiss Cam" at Los Angeles' Staples Center turned on them that they shared one passionate smooch to the delight of the crowd.

Timberlake and Biel weren't the only famous faces getting cozy courtside. Kim Kardashian and her rumored boyfriend Kanye West were also spotted all smiles and keeping their arms linked to one another as they enjoyed the game. The match itself was won by The Lakers with the final score of 96-87.

Earlier in the week, Timberlake and Biel made their first appearance at this year's Costume Institute Gala as an engaged couple. The pair, who were rumored to be planning a summer wedding, happily posed for the press together when arriving at the red carpet outside the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday, May 7.

Kristen Stewart took some time to discuss her "On the Road" sex scene, which is said to be much more intense than her love scene with Robert Pattinson in "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part I". Speaking to MTV News, the 22-year-old beauty admitted that she "wasn't scared" when she has to expose nudity in the Walter Salles-directed drama.

The brunette beauty went on sharing, "It was so within a different world and so within a different environment that I don't even really feel - I mean, I am personally connected to it, of course - but it is something outside of myself." She added that she never regretted playing a sexually promiscuous character, stating, "I have kind of no qualms about it either. I think people are a little uptight."

In "On the Road", Stewart will play Marylou, a 16-year-old wife of Hedlund's Dean Moriarty. She is a free-spirited young lady who has an affinity for marijuana and sex. The actress confessed that director Salles had made her comfortable throughout the filming of the adult pic. "I felt so safe with Walter. Nothing was ever, ever about taking your clothes off," she said.

Based on a novel of the same title by famous Beat generation poet Jack Kerouac, "On the Road" is set to have its world premiere at the 65th annual Cannes Film Festival. Coincidentally, Pattinson's film "Cosmopolis" will also have its special screening at the festival.

Commenting on the potential competition between her film and Pattinson's, Stewart said, "It's such weird timing. I think if it was us or them. I think we'd take the cake." Kristen Stewart Admits Her Dream Movie Roles Are to Play Suicidal Girl and Evil C**t

Kristen Stewart seemingly wants to get rid of her Bella Swan persona from the "Twilight Saga" film series. After portraying a warrioress in "Snow White and the Huntsman" and playing a seductress in "On the Road", the 22-year-old actress admitted that she wants to tackle an even darker role by starring as suicidal girl Peyton Loftis in her upcoming movie.

Discussing her dream movie role in the June issue of ELLE magazine, Stewart opened up that she's dying to play Loftis in a big screen adaptation of the novel "Lie Down in Darkness". The actress stated, "I want to play Peyton more than anything I can possibly taste or touch in my life. I want to play her so bad."

As described in the book, Loftis is a psychologically vulnerable young lady who falls for her own father. "She's in love with him. I mean, I think she's in love with him," Stewart said of the twisted character. "It's not his fault. They're the most f***ed-up family." As for who is the perfect actor to play the father, the actress enthused, "[Colin] Firth would be perfect."

Aside from Loftis, there's another dark character that Kristen would love to portray in a movie. The Los Angeles-born star confessed that she has her eye on murderous Cathy Ames from the book "East of Eden". Kristen said of the troubled character who leaves her children to operate a brothel, "She's a psychopathic, evil c**t! I haven't done that yet."

In addition to "Snow White and the Huntsman" and "On the Road", Stewart will be seen returning as the female lead in "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II" which will be released in the U.S. on November 16.

'Survivor: One World' Winner Is Kim Spradlin

Kim Spradlin has been declared the Sole Survivor of "Survivor: One World" in the all-women finale. Being deemed a frontrunner, she beat out Sabrina Thompson and Chelsea Meissner after Alicia Rosa and Christina Cha were voted out earlier in the May 13 episode.

First, the five women were battling it out for an immunity in a challenge that included a race on a balance beam maze, a cargo net with puzzle pieces, and a puzzle that gave them numbers to a combination lock they had to open. Kim was the first one to complete it and secured her place in the final four. Alicia, meanwhile, was voted out 3-2 in the first Tribal Council.

Kim once again won the immunity in the final challenge, where there was a giant wire maze on a spring and the contestants must navigate 10 bowls through the maze and stacked them on top. In the Final Tribal Council, Christina was voted out 3-1.

The final three then made their cases to the jury, which consisted of eliminated contestants. Chelsea admitted Kim's the reason she was there, but claimed that they were strategically equal. Kim said she's proud of all her decisions because they proved to be the best move for her, and excused her cruelty by saying, "It's a game."

Sabrina said her strategy was trying to stay quiet. She admitted that she let Kim and Chelsea did all the thinking. She later tried to get the jury's sympathy by saying she just got fired from teaching inner-city school children.

After the jury delivered some words about the three finalists, they cast their votes. It was then revealed that Kim got the most votes with 7. The bridal shop owner walked away with the grand prize of $1 million. Sabrina was the runner up with 2 votes, while Chelsea got zero votes.

Chris Hemsworth and Wife Welcome First Child

Chris Hemsworth has become a first-time dad. The "The Avengers" star's wife Elsa Pataky gave birth to their first child on Friday, May 11 afternoon in London, a source confirms to Us Weekly.

Details surrounding the baby are scarce but Hola.com reported that it was a baby girl named India Rose. Both mother and child are fine and they have returned home.

Hemsworth married Spanish actress Pataky during the 2010 Christmas holiday after dating for a few months. They announced the pregnancy in January. "Chris and I are ecstatic, very happy and excited," Pataky said at that time. "Since it's our first child we don't care if it's a boy or girl, our only wish is that it's healthy."

Pataky and her big belly still walked the red carpet at the U.K. premiere of "The Avengers" last month.

Box office update: 'Avengers' easily holds off 'Dark Shadows', scores gigantic $29.1 million Friday

Sorry, Captain Jack, but Captain America isn’t ready to give up the top spot at the box office yet!
In its second weekend in theaters, The Avengers is still breaking records — this time, it’s headed for the best second weekend in box office history. The superhero ensemble film took in a gargantuan $29.1 million on Friday, which should lead to a weekend in the $95-105 million range — far more than current record holder Avatar, which earned $75.6 million in its second frame.
Tonight, on its ninth day of release, The Avengers will cross the $300 million mark (it’s made $299.1 million so far), and on Sunday it will soar past $350 million. No film has ever reached those milestones faster.
Way back in second was Warner Brothers’ new Tim Burton/Johnny Depp collaboration Dark Shadows, which earned a lackluster $9.7 million on Friday. The adaptation of the ’70s vampire soap, which earned an unenthusiastic “B-” CinemaScore grade, will be lucky to break $30 million over the Friday-to-Sunday period. Bad news considering the film’s $125 million budget.

New 'Dark Shadows' Soundtrack Hits the Web: The Killers 'Go All the Way'

As "Dark Shadows" is getting closer to its U.S. release date on May 11, one of its soundtracks is unleashed. The song is titled "Go All the Way" and it's a cover of Raspberries' 1972 song that was recorded by The Killers.

"Our old pal Tim Burton asked us to record a cover song for his new film #DarkShadows," so the band informed their Twitter followers on how they ended up making music for the film. "It opens everywhere Friday. See you at the movies.."

In addition to the song cover, a handful of classics like Donovan's "Season of the Witch", The Carpenters' "Top of the World" and Alice Cooper's "Ballad of Dwight Fry" are picked as theme songs. There's also Johnny Depp reciting Steve Miller Band's "The Joker".

To choose songs that fit the vibes of the 70s-set vampire tale, Burton says, "We just went through all the music of that year." He adds, "Doing that research reminded me of listening to all that music on AM radio over and over again."

"The quality of the music felt strange at the time, and it still feels strange, going from kind of cheesy pop to really cool hardcore stuff. It was a weird year for music. We tried to pick music that fit the era and fit the score and the vibe of the story."

For the score, Burton teams up with his longtime collaborator Danny Elfman. Their work in the movie marks for the first time ever they took inspiration from the original material. "We made a conscious decision to make no references - ever - to the originals," Elfman explained. "But here, this was different."

Robert Pattinson Pays Tribute to David Cronenberg's Movies in Provocative Photo Shoot

Robert Pattinson has paid homage to director David Cronenberg, who works with him in "Cosmopolis", in a new magazine photo shoot. Ditching his Edward Cullen persona from the "Twilight Saga" film series, the British actor went dark to resemble some provocative poses from Cronenberg's most memorable movies.

In the 13-hour photo shoot for May issue of France's Premiere magazine, Pattinson posed shirtless while sporting an open hole on his belly. The gruesome pose was inspired by a scene in Cronenberg's 1983 sci-fi horror "Videodrome", which exposed extreme violence and torture.

In another photo, the "Bel Ami" thesp was pictured lying half-naked on bed with a heavily pregnant brunette. The steamy pose was adapted from 1988's psychological drama "Dead Ringers". There were some other grotesque photos which were inspired by Cronenberg's other sci-fi horror "Scanners".

In upcoming "Cosmopolis", Pattinson stars as Eric Packer, a 28-year old billionaire who faces various unexpected troubles while traversing Manhattan in his stretch limo in order to get a haircut from his preferred barber. The gritty film will be premiered during the 2012 Cannes Film Festival in France.

Sharing how he feels of being involved in the dark movie, the British actor gushed, "Filming Cosmopolis with David changed something in me. It gave me balls." He admitted that before signing on to the film, he "spent time doubting myself. As soon as I read a script that I liked, I was working myself up, asking myself if I was good enough. I tell myself: 'F*** it! If they want to hire you, go!' "
