Official Behind-the-Scene of Rihanna and Drake's 'What's My Name'

More close look at the filming of Rihanna and Drake's duet track "What's My Name" music video comes out on the heels of its reign on Billboard Hot 100. The footage reveals how RiRi gets cozy with Drizzy during the shooting break, flirts with him in a romantic scene, and more.

"I've been waiting for the opportunity to work together for a long time," said Drizzy. "This is such a great song. I love the record, so I'm excited." RiRi herself was all smiles, telling street walkers to "act normal" before starting to film a solo scene on the New York City streets.

"What's My Name" is taken from Rihanna's new studio album "Loud" which is due in the U.S. on November 16. While the song which serves as the second single takes the first spot on the country's singles chart, the first single "Only Girl (In the World)" stays at No. 4.

Regarding the chart performance of the Drizzy-assited single, RiRi tweeted, "Holy sh*t! What's my name just passed Only Girl, went no.1! My Navy is strong! This is the best news, 2 top 5 songs, THANK U." The music video is expected to premiere this weekend.

The Wizards Cast Spells at 'Deathly Hallows: Part I' World Premiere

"Harry Potter" fans in England have celebrated what will mark the coming of Harry Potter's final battle in big screen. On Thursday, November 11, they were eagerly waiting for the coming of their favorite stars like Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint at "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I" world premiere at the Odeon Leicester Square in London.

While some fans dressed in wizards and Death Eaters costumes, the depicters of Harry and Ron suited up. As for Watson who has ditched her long locks since wrapping the production of "Deathly Hallows", she showed off her mature side in a black mini dress that bared her legs. Bonnie Wright also reminded people how she has grown up since first starring in the movie franchise, appearing in a black ensemble and wearing a bright red lipstick which matched her nail polish.

From "the bad guy" camp, there were Ralph Fiennes, Helena Bonham Carter and Tom Felton, who portray Lord Voldemort, Bellatrix Lestrange and Draco Malfoy respectively, coming to support the special screening. Jamie Campbell Bower, who is cast as Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald, did not miss the event although he had an apparent injured leg.

Also gracing the red carpet of the premiere were director David Yates and "Harry Potter" books author J.K. Rowling. Meanwhile, other celebrities who attended the event as guests include young actress Chloe Moretz, "The X-Factor" contestant Cher Lloyd and many more.

"Deathly Hallows: Part I", which will see the wizard trio embarking on a journey to find and destroy the secret to Voldemort's immortality and destruction - the Horcruxes, will open wide in both the U.S. and U.K. on November 19. The follow up "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II" will next be released on July 15, 2011.

Lady GaGa's Fan Who Wants to Die With Her Gets Restraining Order

Lady GaGa has obtained a restraining order against a fan who allegedly sent the pop star a menacing letter. The "Bad Romance" singer is said to have been left fearing for her life after Russian student Anastasia Obukhova sent her a creepy note describing her "dream" of dying together.

The message, which was intercepted by GaGa's management team, read: "You come to my dreams. I want to die and I want to die together with you. I am not (John Lennon's assassin) Mark Chapman. It is not only you who will die. I will shoot a bullet through my head too."

The 26 year old, who lives in New York, has been ordered to keep her distance from GaGa and stay at least 500 yards away from her at all times. Chapman is behind bars after shooting the Beatles legend dead outside his New York apartment in 1980.

Paris Hilton's Boyfriend Cy Waits Cleared of Hit-and-Run Allegation

Paris Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits will not face any charges for accidentally running over a photographer's foot with his car, according to a U.S. report. The socialite and her partner were driving away from a Los Angeles restaurant in September when Waits allegedly clipped female snapper Carol Williams, before speeding off.

Paramedics were called to treat Williams, while Waits reportedly returned to the scene later without Hilton and was cited for a hit-and-run by police. Williams subsequently insisted she was "at fault as much as him" and now cops have cleared Waits over the incident, according to TMZ.com.

The couple enjoyed dinner at the Boa Steakhouse in West Hollywood with friends and family when the accident happened. Hilton later alluded to the evening's events in a post on her Twitter.com page, writing, "Lovely evening with friends and family ruined by aggressive paparazzi. They are literally insane!"

Angelina Jolie Says Daughter Shiloh Wants Dead Bird as Her Pet

Angelina Jolie has revealed another fascinating detail about her 4-year-old daughter Shiloh. Beside the fact that the little girl loves to wear boys clothing and "wants to be a boy", she also wants a dead bird which she could play along with. "She came in and said, 'Can I have a dead pet?' " Jolie recalled to December issue of Voque magazine.

While Jolie has no problem with Shiloh dressing as a boy, the "Salt" star doesn't think the pet request is acceptable. She told the mag on her response to Shiloh, "And I'm... 'Uh-uh, I don't think it's healthy, honey. I think they have to put him in a box." Still, Jolie tried to find a way to please her daughter, recalling "I had to run out to find, like, a taxidermy bird. I just worked it out for her."

Asked if Shiloh knew about taxidermy, Jolie said, "No. But I figured that I couldn't keep the actual dead bird from the yard, so I swayed her toward one that had been cleaned, at least," before calling her little daughter "hilarious." The 35-year-old added, "I am sure there's going to be some comment about this, which fortunately I will not read."

As for her 7-year-old adopted son, Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt, Jolie described him as good cook. "Sometimes. I'm not the best cook. Pax is a better cook than me," the Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life" beauty admitted. "Pax likes to cook. But I try to when I can. Any house that we're in, we all chip in. But the kids are very sweet... so enthusiastic anytime I cook."

Jolie, who is raising six kids with beau Brad Pitt, revealed that she never intended to have a big family. "I only planned for two! To each his own. It's one of those things. How you build your family - you have to know what you're capable of handling and how your children will relate to each other," she claimed.

"Maybe if you have one child and that child has a lot of needs, you realize you cannot give more attention to another," Jolie continued. "Sometimes you just know as a parent. We felt we could handle more children, and we have a very happy, very full home."

Talking about what she loves most about "extremely handsome" and "sexy" Pitt, Jolie told Voque, "When I think about him, I just think of the man who's such a great friend and such an extraordinary father. And that's when I fall, you know, when I have my moments of getting - whoarr! - caught up in how much I love him... it's usually when I see him with the children."

Video: Kanye West Lashing Out at Matt Lauer on 'Today'

After Kanye West launched Twitter rant against Matt Lauer on Wednesday, November 10 following his visit to "Today" show, MSNBC has now revealed the full footage of the interview. It shows West's remark about former U.S. President George W. Bush, accusing him of racism and of what made the rapper upset.

"As far as it being the worst moment of his presidency, you know, I can't really speak to that. But his take, his explanation, I completely agree with and I empathize with totally," West stated about his racist remark against Bush after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. However, the interview quickly turned sour when Lauer played a segment from a recent interview with Bush.

"I didn't need you guys to show me the tape in order to prompt my emotions or whatever," West snapped in the interview which was taped on Tuesday, November 9. "I don't need all the jazz... Can we be quiet for a second?... I'm here to man up to different mistakes that I made, and speak to the moment when I pegged George Bush as a racist. I came here to say that I made mistakes and I've grown as a person."

West lashed out again when "Today" cued another clip of him interrupting Taylor Swift at the 2009 Video Music Awards. "Yo, how am I supposed to talk if you're going to run the thing in the middle while I'm talking?" West said in an annoyed tone. "Please don't let that happen again. It's ridiculous."

After taping the interview, West took it to his Twitter page to slam Lauer and "Today" over the practice of showing old footage during interviews. "Let me tell you how they did me at the Today show... While I was trying to give the interview they started playing the MTV (clip) under me with audio!... I don't mess with Matt Lauer or the Today Show... and that's a very nice way for me to put it! He tried to force my answers," he wrote.

Calling the chat "brutal", West went on, "I came there with only positive intent. I feel very alone, very used, very tortured, very forced, very misunderstood, very hollow, very very misused. He played clips of Bush and asked me to look at his face while I was trying to talk to him. I wish Michael Jackson had twitter!!!!!!"

Michael Lohan Talks Reunion With Daughter Lindsay

Lindsay Lohan's father Michael has spoken out for the first time since he was reunited with his troubled daughter in rehab, praising her progress and revealing they are taking steps to repair their relationship.

The actress, who has been in and out of jail and rehab this year, is currently serving out a three-month stint at California's Betty Ford clinic after failing two mandatory drug tests. She was rumoured to have reached out to her estranged father when he was spotted visiting the center on Sunday, November 7, and they fuelled speculation of a reunion when they enjoyed an outing to a movie theater together on Wednesday.

Michael Lohan has now confirmed they are making good progress in fixing their former family feud. He tells The R List blogger Jenn Hoffman, "I'm looking forward to seeing her again... The only problem is when you are in the public eye like we are, the entire relationship is under scrutiny so it's hard. It's harder for her... I know for a fact she's focusing on herself. I see it more now than ever."

And Lohan is adamant his daughter will be able to revive her flagging movie career once she kicks her addictions. He adds, "She's gifted... (She just needs to stay) on the track she is now and focusing on being Lindsay. That's it."

Mel Gibson Counter-Suing Company That Wants to Embarrass Him

Mel Gibson has stepped up his ongoing legal dispute with a building company, accusing the firm of billing him for "hundreds of thousands of dollars" of "unnecessary" work. The "Braveheart" star and his estranged wife Robyn were sued by executives at Ramage Construction in September after allegedly failing to pay around $12,000 for work completed in 2000 on homes on Gibson's Malibu, California estate.

The building chiefs demanded the former couple pay up and threatened to place the properties in foreclosure. Gibson has hit back at the claims by filing his own legal papers, claiming the company carried out work which was "excessive" and billed the star for the extra jobs.

In the documents, filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ.com, the actor claims Ramage chiefs conned him by billing for "hundreds of thousands - if not millions - of dollars of work... that was unnecessary or excessive". He also alleges the workers botched the installation of elevators, sprinkler systems and electrical wiring.

Gibson criticizes the company for going public with their September lawsuit, with his lawyers branding it "an attempt to intimidate and embarrass Mr. Gibson... into paying them even more unwarranted sums".

Russell Brand Slams Reports He Gave Katy Perry a Tiger

British funnyman Russell Brand has laughed off reports he bought his new wife Katy Perry a Bengal tiger as a wedding present - calling the rumors "stupid". The "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" star wed the "I Kissed a Girl" hitmaker in India last month at an exotic resort situated close to a tiger sanctuary.

Outlandish rumors about the ceremony subsequently flooded the internet, with many reports suggesting Brand purchased an extra special gift for his new bride - a female tiger which lives at the resort where they married. But the comic has slammed the reports, telling British TV show "Loose Women", "I'm a vegetarian, you don't give people tigers. It's stupid, it's dangerous. The tiger won't like it."

During the same interview, Brand also described what it's like to be married to Perry. "It's just a normal marriage," Brand said. "The other day, I put a shirt on, and she went ... 'You're wearing that shirt, are you?' I thought, 'That's actually happening?' That's a thing off a sitcom. That happened in my actual life. I wasn't allowed to wear it. If she says don't wear that shirt, I don't wear it."

Sarah Jessica Parker Could Not Prevent Colleague From Being Fired

Sarah Jessica Parker's new job as president of fashion brand Halston is proving to be a tough challenge. The star has lost a battle to stop board members from firing a top-level executive.

The fashion-forward star, who is also the face of the brand, was named the Chief Creative Officer in January this year. Sources tell the New York Post Parker was "in tears" at Halston's New York offices last week after learning chief executive officer Bonnie Takhar had been let go.

Takhar had been with Halston since the brand's relaunch in 2007, but insiders say creative differences within the company led to her dismissal. Halston board member and movie mogul Harvey Weinstein says in a statement, "Sarah Jessica is a huge supporter of Bonnie's, but it was time to change direction. It was the rest of the board that made the decision. No one was more steadfast to Bonnie than Sarah Jessica."

A spokesperson for Parker has declined to comment on the report.

Jason Isaacs Not Recognized Without His Blonde Malfoy Wig

"Harry Potter" actor Jason Isaacs is relieved he is not one of the main stars of in the wizard franchise - because he is rarely accosted by overzealous fans when he's out in public. The Brit has played Lucius Malfoy since 2002's "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets", the second installment in the popular film series.

The phenomenal success of the movies turned Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson into global stars, but Isaacs insists fans of the franchise rarely realize who he is without his trademark blonde wig. He tells Britain's "Daybreak" show, "As soon as it's over I wander around the streets and nobody would be any the wiser."

"I don't look like him, that's the thing. I've got this long blonde wig and if I wandered around with an elf by my side, I suspect, and a wand in my hand then I'd get some attention."

When Asha Bhosle presented Lata Mangeshkar an award

Bollywood’s singing legends – sisters Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle – shared a stage after a long time when Asha presented Lata-didi with the lifetime achievement award at the Chevrolet Global Indian Music Awards (GIMA).
Asha, along with music maestro A.R Rahman, late Wednesday presented the award to the 81-year-old singer, who is a Bharat Ratna awardee.
‘She is so big that you are always at a loss of words in front of her. I feel happy in presenting this award to her,’ Asha said at the event here.
Added Rahman: ‘If my father would have been alive today, he would have really felt nice. My mother used to tell me that my father had a picture of Lataji in a white sari.’
‘After getting up in the morning, he used to look at that and compose songs. I’m so happy that I got the opportunity of presenting this award to her,’ he added.
But, the two sisters who are known for their distinct singing styles and their not-so-stable relations, didn’t budge from taking potshots at each other on stage.
Asha, who had performed at the beginning of the event, stated that she felt upset that Lata didn’t see her performance.
‘I performed in the beginning of the event, but didi (elder sister) had not come till then. She never listens to my songs. I feel upset about that,’ the 77-year-old singer complained.
Lata was also not far behind. She made her own complaints in an amusing manner.
‘Asha, my sister, has given me this award. She is four years younger to me. She has always only fought with me and troubled me but I always forgive her,’ Lata said laughingly.
Lata talked about her happiness on getting the award, and said there should be no full stops for an artiste.
‘I’m very happy on getting this award. An artiste should not put a full stop to his art after getting a lifetime achievement award. The achievement should continue always. Should not ever say that it’s over and this is the end. I believe in that,’ the veteran singer said.
The award presentation was preceded by a special performance by music composers like Shankar Mahadevan, Loy Mendosa, Uttam Singh, Raju Singh, Salim and Sulaiman Merchant and Shantanu Moitra. The performance was a tribute to Lata.

Dev Is A Great Flirt Says Frieda Pinto

Actress Frieda Pinto of ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ fame has been dating her co-star Dev Patel since they worked together in the Academy Award winning film in 2008. They have maintained a stable relationship and have been in the news constantly for quite some time now.
However, Freida has not spoken much about their relationship and her beau during this period. The 26-year-old actress has now opened her mouth about her Dev Patel. Pinto said that she was never the only center of attention for Dev on the sets as Dev is a great flirt and used to flirt with almost everybody on the sets of the movie.
Frieda was quoted saying that Dev has a typical British sense of humor. She added that Dev’s humor was very funny and was of sexual kind. He used to approach the females on the sets saying that they look very sexy and interestingly those women also used to enjoy the attention because they used to think that a boy is trying to be a man by flirting with grown-up women, Frieda added.
The dusky beauty also spoke about her relationship with Dev. According to her only they know what happened between them on the film’s sets because their family members were also outside and could appreciate from there only. The actress said that they hold the film so close their hearts because of all these experiences.
Well, did Frieda feel jealous when Dev used to flirt around with other ladies?

Pakistani women love India’s ’saas-bahu’ sagas

Indian soaps are a rage among Pakistani women who love ’saas-bahu’ sagas like ‘Pratigya’ and ‘Uttaran’ and the reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ for their grandeur, costumes and larger-than-life projection.
‘As they say, you always love to have what you don’t have; the same is the case with us. We are way too addicted to Indian soaps,’ Zahida Zaidi, 52, a former politician based in this port city, told this visiting IANS correspondent.
‘Our soaps have low budgets and hence they are simple and close to reality, but Indian soaps are just the opposite,’ she pointed out.
Indian channels like Sony, STAR Plus and Colors are quite popular here despite being banned in Pakistan, which means the local cable guy doesn’t have permission to telecast them. The public here has access to them only through Direct-To-Home (DTH) services.
‘We record these serials and then telecast late at night. Hence the poor people get to watch their soaps. It’s risky but this is what is happening. Everyone wants to watch these Indian soaps,’ said a local cable man on condition of anonymity.
The prime time slot from 7.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. is for both Indian and Pakistani soaps.
Karachi women reveal how addicted they are to ’saas-bahu’ sagas, even battling for the TV remote in their homes during peak hours – just like their Indian counterparts.
The soaps also leave many questions in their mind.
‘Do you people dress like TV actors in real life?’ asked a curious Kulsoom Nawaz, 55, for whom these soaps are the only window to Indian culture.
A woman officer at the immigration counter at Jinnah Airport asked this IANS correspondent: ”Aap yeh bataye ki kya aap log aise hi make-up laga kar ghoomti hain pura din aur phir sote hue bhi make-up nahi utarti hain’ (Do you people wear make-up throughout the day and even while you sleep)?’
They have also noted some peculiarities of Indian serials.
Marshita Aman, 58, asked: ‘Why does a person who is dead in a soap have to come back to life again?’
Most of the serials are full of kitchen politics and men are visible in almost every frame. Zahida said: ‘Why doesn’t the male member of these families go to work? Why do they have to be home all the time?’
‘Why do you portray unrealistic things? Women of all generations in a household are shown as young and no one has a single strand of grey hair. It’s completely unreal. We wonder why you do this?’ she asked.
Pakistani viewers also fail to understand why Indian soaps have ‘pooja’ after every problem and why there are so many close-ups of characters.
Despite these questions, Karachi women swear by Indian soaps like ‘Pratigya’, ‘Kaali’, ‘Behene’, ‘CID’, ‘Bigg Boss’ and ‘Uttaran’ because of the presentation, costumes, larger-than-life sets.
They say in comparison Pakistani soaps are sombre, soft, subtle and very much close to reality. People usually watch Hum TV for soaps like ‘Qaid-e-Tanhai’, ‘Dastaan’ and ‘Saiqa’.
‘What you will see is that the women glued to these soaps are old women like us who have done their prayers, played with grandkids, slept and then at the end of the day want to entertain themselves,’ explained Zaidi.
‘We don’t have a pub culture; hence we have to be at home and end up watching these serials. Despite all these discrepancies, we watch these soaps because they have a feel good factor and female protagonists dress so beautifully; especially their saris are a delight to watch,’ she added.
Marshita is appreciative of Indian actresses for their slim figures and make-up and says it is done brilliantly.
The viewers are still very fond of Tulsi (Smriti Irani) and Parvati (Sakshi Tanwar), the protagonists of ‘Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thii’ and ‘Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii’ – the longest running soaps of Indian television – even though these ended a long time back.
So strong is their fascination that they often go hunting for jewellery pieces worn in the serials and equally often find Parvati or Tulsi style ornaments at Karachi’s local Sunday Bazaar and Sadar Bazaar!

Veena Malik Is A Bookie, Claims Photographer Dheeraj Dikshit

Pakistani actress Veena Malik is already creating controversies in the Bigg Boss house with her ‘Mithi Churi’ style but the controversy may spoil her own game this time. Delhi-based cricket photographer Dheeraj Dikshit might be the reason behind Veena’s upcoming probable doom days.
Veena has been accused by the photographer to be a professional bookie. He said that she contacted him several times in January this year, when he was in Dhaka. In fact, she called up in his Delhi number several times when his wife picked up the call and gave her his Dhaka number at last.
Dikshit was earlier alleged by Veena Malik of having involvement in the match fixing scandals. Now, the cricket photographer wants to clean his image and take revenge from Veena by bringing her true motive out in the open. The reality TV contestant will now feel the heat once she comes out of the Bigg Boss house. Dikshit has reportedly written to the Ministry of External Affairs and has asked for cancelling Veena’s visa.
The photographer has admitted that he knew Pakistani cricketer Mohammed Asif but denied having any link in the match-fixing cases. According to him, he maintained a professional relation with Asif as he does with other cricketers.
However, the question here is why Dikshit kept silent about this fact earlier? If Veena tried to contact him and flirted with him then he must have smelled something fishy. In that case, Dikshit could contact ICC to inform about these things. Moreover, a senior photographer on the condition of anonymity said that Dikshit had been using a much sophisticated equipment that some noted photographers also cannot afford.
The senior photographer also said that Diskhit had been often spotted clicking snaps of either match involving Pakistan or those are played in Delhi. He carries high-end camera even though he has accreditation from a Chhattisgarh-based magazine ‘Just Sports’.
Well, it sounds that things will take a turn as soon as Veena’s Bigg Boss journey ends. If Veena has that kind of contacts as Dikshit claims then she will not let things go on so easily against her. Let’s wait and watch, who is the real culprit or both of them are two ends of the same rope!
