Man Who Has Seen Tiger Woods and Devon James' Sex Tape Calls It 'Very Dirty'

On September 29, porn star Devon James revealed her plan to shop a sex tape of her and Tiger Woods although some sides doubted her allegation. However, a man has now stated that the alleged explicit footage is indeed existing as he has seen it himself.

The man, who asked to remain anonymous, told Radar Online that the X-rated video is "very dirty." He said, "I've seen the tape and it's Tiger Woods playing a few holes. He can be pretty dirty... in fact, he is dirty! Mr. Tiger's smile is unmistakable... it's definitely his face."

Just like other people might feel, the viewer admitted that he was also skeptical about the sex tape at first. He explained, "Because of her (Devon's) past I thought, 'There's no way she actually has a tape,' but then I saw it with my own eyes and couldn't believe it."

The man further shared that the alleged sex tape was filmed in a Florida condo back in 2008 and it had to be pieced together before the alleged video could be sold or distributed online as there were several clips. The source added, "I kind of think Tiger's had enough and he's trying to pull his life back together. But when I saw the video and there it was right in front of me, my jaw just hit the floor."

Moreover, a newly launched website - TigerTapeXXX.com - claims to have the Devon and Tiger's alleged sex tape, which is reportedly 62 minutes long, and release it in the matter of days. The site currently only offers a graphic of Devon in a skimpy outfit with a background of an actual tiger. The site announces, "Preorder here only!! Starting October 15."

Rapper Beanie Sigel Faces Criminal Charges for Tax Fraud

Rapper Beanie Sigel is facing criminal charges for alleged tax fraud in his native Pennsylvania. Federal prosecutors in Philadelphia allege the hip-hop star, real name Dwight Grant, made $1.5 million from 2002 to 2004, but failed to fill in tax returns, according to court documents filed on Tuesday, October 5.

Defence lawyer Fortunato Perri Jr. claims Sigel was behind bars during some of the years in question, and had others handling his finances, reports the Associated Press. Sigel previously served jail time for drug and weapons charges. He was also locked up in 2008 for violating the terms of his probation.

But he has also led anti-violence rallies in his hometown and spoken to high school students about life choices.

Multi-millionaire Victoria Adams is determined to teach her children about money management - she makes them barter for breakfast. The former Spice Girls star and soccer ace husband David Beckham live in Los Angeles with their sons Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, eight, and five-year-old Cruz.

Brad Pitt Reportedly Still Hides Smoking Habit From Angelina Jolie

Despite their longtime relationship, it turned out that Brad Pitt still hides something from Angelina Jolie. According to Life & Style's Scene Queen, the "Inglourious Basterds" actor still secretly smokes behind Jolie's back.

"Smoking cigarettes is something Brad has done for many, many years and he smoked when he was married to Jennifer Aniston," an insider close to Pitt told the site. "It is one of the very few things he still does once in a while that he once did with his ex-wife."

Jolie, however, was said a bit understanding about Pitt's smoking habit although the "Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life" actress insists to keep it under their children's radar. An insider said, "Angie allows the smoking as long as it really doesn't affect her or the kids, but she doesn't love it. Brad never smokes around the children and keeps it far away from his family, but it's a habit he still enjoys occasionally."

Pitt himself once admitted that he is scared if Jolie, who thought he has quit smoking, will catch him doing it. During a past interview with Entertainment Weekly, the "Moneyball" actor admitted, "Actually, I'm less worried about the paparazzi catching me than someone, ahem, who doesn't know I still smoke once in awhile."

Video: Selena Gomez Says She Wants to Cut Justin Bieber's Hair

Selena Gomez might make Justin Bieber's legion of fans upset for saying this. During a recent brief chat with Radio Disney host Jake Whetter, the "A Year Without Rain" singer said that she really wants to cut Bieber's signature hair.

On why she wanted to do so, Gomez explained that Bieber always shakes his head to flick his locks from his face almost in every 45 seconds during their conversation. The "Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over" actress even imitated Bieber when he does that.

Gomez, however, believed that it wasn't the hair that makes Bieber so popular. Gomez told Whette, "He's got game. He knows what he's doing." And when the host repeated her remark, she once again said in her serious look, "Yes he does. He knows exactly what he's doing."

And Gomez wasn't the first and the only person who wants to cut Bieber's perfectly-groomed locks. Back in May, Bieber was forced to respond quickly when Ellen DeGeneres, on her "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", grabbed scissors out of her pocket and tried to cut it a bit, jokingly telling the viewers about her plan to sell the hair on eBay.

'Deathly Hallows: Part I' Gets a Bunch of 'Darker' Character Posters

Warner Bros. Pictures has shared a bunch of new banners for "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I". MuggleNet debuts two character posters featuring Voldemort and Severus Snape, which apparently parts of the series of character posters featuring Harry, Ron and Hermione. The fresh posters use Hogwarts as the backdrop with a tagline, "The hunt begins."

Additionally, other seven fresh banners have been launched via Harry Potter Film Twitter page. With plain black color as the background, the character posters give a close up look at gritty Harry, Ron, Hermione, Voldemort, Snape as well as Bellatrix and Greyback. These one-sheets feature a line which reads, "The end begins."

The first part of the last installment of "Harry Potter" film series, "Deathly Hallows: Part I" begins as Harry, Ron and Hermione set out on their perilous mission to track down and destroy the secret to Voldemort's immortality and destruction - the Horcruxes - without the guidance of their professors or the protection of Professor Dumbledore. In the meantime, Harry is drawing ever closer to the ultimate battle with Voldemort.

The movie is going to grace cinemas in both the U.S. and U.K. on November 19. The follow-up, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II", will be released next on July 15, 2011 in the U.S. Both films are directed by David Yates and get 3-D treatment.

Official: Emma Stone Is Cast in 'Spider-Man', but Not as Mary Jane

Columbia Pictures has just addressed the buzzing report about Emma Stone's casting in "Spider-Man" reboot. Confirming that the actress has indeed been cast in the film, the studio has also made it clear which role that will be tackled by her.

Instead of portraying Mary Jane Watson as widely rumored, Emma will be seen as Gwen Stacy. The "Easy A" babe was associated with Mary Jane since the beginning due to her locks that is currently dyed red, but she apparently will be back to her natural blonde roots for the character.

"The chemistry between Andrew and Emma was stunning and made Emma the clear choice," director Marc Webb says a press release about Stone's casting. He adds, "Andrew and Emma will bring everything audiences expect to these roles, but also make them their own. Much to my surprise, it was fun to find out that our choice for Gwen (Emma) is also a natural blonde."

The untitled Spider-Man reboot will start shooting in December with Andrew Garfield taking the role of Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. James Vanderbilt has written the script for the movie which is produced by Avi Arad and Laura Ziskin. This superhero flick will be released in theaters nationwide in 3-D on July 3, 2012.

The first few clips from "My Soul to Take" have arrived, sharing some of the tense scenes. In the first clip, Bug is presented with a birthday cake by May before he is suspicious that she thinks he has killed someone.

Another snippet gives a look at terrified Brittany who seems to be hiding from someone in the woods and she is later attacked by The Ripper. The other clip, meanwhile, has a shocking element when a patient, who initially is very silent, suddenly wakes up and screams.

Coming from acclaimed horror filmmakers Wes Craven, "My Soul to Take" begins with a legend in Riverton which says that a serial killer will return to the town to murder the seven children that were born the night he allegedly died. Now, 16 years later, people are disappearing again, making them question if the psychopath has been reincarnated as one of them.

Bug was supposed to die on the bloody night his father went insane. Unaware of his dad's terrifying crimes, he has been plagued by nightmares since he was a baby. 'Transformers 3' Extra Suing Paramount After Injured on Set

A family of "Transformers 3" extra, Gabriela Cedillo, who was injured on the set has taken legal action against Paramount Pictures regarding the accident. Her brother Adolfo Romo has filed a lawsuit against the studio on Tuesday, October 5, citing negligence, Radar Online reports.

The documents mention that numerous mechanical and procedural malfunctions caused the incident. It subsequently accused those involved in the production for failing "to properly weld the metal bracket to the stunt car" and "to provide adequate safety precautions," and allowing "untrained extras to drive their own vehicles within close proximity to a violent stunt."

"We filed a case this morning in Chicago and made a request for a jury trial," Cedillo's attorney Todd A. Smith tells Radar Online. Romo, in total, is seeking money in excess of $50,000 on counts of negligence against seven companies and individuals involved. Smith adds, "All of these entities played a role in some respect as to what happened."

Cedillo herself has been transferred to the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago on Friday, October 1. "She's unable to speak and is paralyzed on her left side... It looks like she has vision loss in the left eye, which is sewn shut because there's a paralysis associated with that and they don't want her eye to dry out," the attorney details her condition. "Gabriela is somewhat responsive and the family is hopeful that she will continue to take these small strides."

As reported before, Cedillo was driving a car when stunt vehicles being towed by flatbed trucks drove in the opposite lane in excess of 50 miles per hour, as part of a stunt being filmed on September 1 in Chicago for "Transformers 3". The cable towing one of the stunt cars came loose, whipping through Cedillo's car window and striking her in the head.

Paramount recently offers their sympathy regarding the accident, stating "Our thoughts, prayers and best wishes are with Gabriela, her family and loved ones. The production will continue to provide all the help we can to Gabriela and her family during this difficult time." Due to the incident, the filming in Chicago was wrapped earlier and was not rescheduled.

"Transformers 3", which is directed by Michael Bay and starring Shia LaBeouf, still sticks to its U.S. release schedule of July 1, 2011.

Michael Jackson Agreed to Help Cover Father's Living Expenses

Michael Jackson paid his mother Katherine an extra $16,000-a-month to help support his father Joe Jackson in the years leading up to his death, according to new legal documents. The King of Pop's financial records have come under scrutiny after Joe filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the singer's embattled physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, following allegations the medic administered a fatal dose of the anesthetic Propofol.

He has pleaded not guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter and is awaiting a preliminary hearing in January 2011 to determine if he will face trial. But the Jackson patriarch is seeking unspecified damages from Murray, and new papers recently filed in a Los Angeles court suggest Michael agreed to the increased payment to his mum to help cover Joe's living expenses.

A sworn statement submitted by Michael's alleged former manager, Leonard Rowe, claims Katherine acted as the late star's agent and handed over cash to Joe, according to TMZ. Other court documents, including a declaration from Joe's lawyer Brian Oxman, stated the "Thriller" hitmaker was paying Katherine 50,000 pound sterling in the early 2000s, but later upped the amount to $66,000, to take care of the family patriarch too.

Frankie Muniz Calls Shia LaBeouf 'Creepy'

Former "Malcolm in the Middle" star Frankie Muniz has reignited his war of words with Shia LaBeouf by labeling the actor "creepy" for talking about him in interviews. The "Transformers" star mentioned his fellow former child star in a recent chat with American radio program "The Bert Show".

When the host asked LaBeouf about his movie success, he replied, "While that's flattering as hell, you could have put Frankie Muniz into any of the movies I've been in and those movies still would've still been No. 1." And when asked whether he feared any reprisals from Muniz over the comment if they met at a party, he added, "I don't go to many parties... and I really don't hang out in Frankie Muniz-type zones."

And Muniz, who has quit acting to pursue a music career, is not happy about LaBeouf's remarks. In a post on his Twitter.com page, he writes, "Dear Shia Labeouf. It's getting creepy the fact that you can't stop talking about me. It's been 12 years now. I don't know you. Thanks."

The pair previously became embroiled in a public spat in 2003 after LaBeouf accused Muniz of "looking down" on him at parties. He said, "I used to see him at premieres and stuff and it would always be like he was looking down on me. And now, Mayer took to his official site to explain his retirement from the micro-blogging site. "It occurred to me that since the invocation of Twitter, nobody who has participated in it has created any lasting art," the singer started.

"And yes! Yours truly is included in that roundup as well. Let me make sure that statement is as absolute and irrevocable as possible by buzzing your tower one more time," Mayer added. The ex-boyfriend of Jennifer Aniston later trashed Twitter users, writing "No artwork created by someone with a healthy grasp of social media thus far has proven to be anything other than disposable."

Mayer then gave examples on some stars who didn't use Twitter yet they are able to create "their best works" such as Tina Fey for "penning the best show on television" as well as Aaron Sorkin, who never uses Facebook, for his "artistic contribution that the media sites are talking about so much."

"Those who decide to remain offline will make better work than those online. Why?" Mayer mused. "Because great ideas have to gather. They have to pass the test of withstanding thirteen different moods, four different months and sixty different edits. Anything less is day trading. You can either get a bunch of mentions now or change someone's life next year."

Actors Helena Bonham Carter and Bob Hoskins will be flying the flag for the U.K. at the International Emmy Awards after helping Britain land a total of nine nominations. The "Alice in Wonderland" star has been hailed in the best actress category for her TV portrayal of iconic children's writer Enid Blyton in "Enid", while Hoskins is up for best actor for his role in BBC drama "The Street".

The program, about the lives of different residents on a road in northwest England, will also compete for the title of best drama series, alongside the likes of U.K. comedy "Peep Show", "Japan's Clouds Over the Hill", "The Killing II" (Denmark), "Traffic Light" (Israel) and Argentinian crime series "Epitafios". "Epitafios" ' lead star Leonardo Sbaraglia will battle Hoskins for the best actor honor, with other nominees including "Sea Wolf" 's Sebastian Koch (Germany) and Sid Lucero for "Dahil May Isang Ikaw" (Philippines).

Meanwhile, Iris Berben's performance in "Thr Krupps - A Family Between War and Peace" (Germany) and Lerato Moloisane for "Home Affairs" (South Africa) are also among the best actress contenders. Brazil garnered a total of five mentions, while Japan and Argentina follow with four apiece.

Music mogul Simon Cowell will receive the International Emmy Founders Award in recognition of his dominance in the reality TV world with his shows "American Idol", "The X Factor" and "Britain's Got Talent". The winners of the 38th International Emmy Awards will be unveiled in New York on November 22. Former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star Jason Priestley will present the ceremony.
